Earl Grey Latté

There's nothing I love more than making my daily cup of tea into a latté and packing it full of protein, healthy fats, and supplements. This one is a favorite!

INGREDIENTS:
2 earl grey tea bags soaked in 14 oz. of hot water
1 scoop of grass-fed collagen peptides (for healthy hair, skin, and nails & a frothy latte)
1 tablespoon of coconut butter (makes it thick and creamy)
a sprinkle of vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon of Sun Potion tocos (promotes healthy skin and connective tissues & makes it creamy)
cocoa nibs to garnish
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Bring 14 oz. of hot water to a boil.
Allow two earl grey tea bags to soak for about 1-2 minutes.
Blend tea, collagen peptides, vanilla protein powder, coconut butter, and tocos in a blender for 2 minutes.
Pour into your mug and garnish with cocoa nibs.
