Salmon and Brie Tartine

INGREDIENTS

  • sourdough bread

  • brie spread

  • salmon

  • spicy sprouts

  • olive oil

  • pink salt

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Fry salmon in olive oil.

  2. Toast two slices of sourdough bread.

  3. Spread brie on slices of toast.

  4. Top toast with smoked salmon, spicy sprouts, pink salt, and olive oil.

  5. Optional: add a soft boiled egg on the side
