INGREDIENTS:
sourdough bread
organic eggs
dash of pumpkin pie spice
splash of cashew milk
splash of vanilla extract
1 tbsp. ghee + some for frying
apple cubes
2 tbsp. brown sugar
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Melt some ghee in a frying pan.
In a small bowl, beat together 1 egg, a dash of pumpkin pie spice, a splash of cashew milk, and a splash of vanilla extract.
Dip a few slices of bread into the egg mixture, and fry in ghee.
While french toast is cooking, melt 1 tbsp. of ghee in a separate sauce pan. Add 2 tbsp. of brown sugar and peeled and cubed apples.
Bring sauce to a boil and then pour over a stack of french toast.
