INGREDIENTS:
14 oz. of boiled water
1-2 chai tea bags
1 scoop of collagen peptides (for healthy hair, skin, and nails & a frothy latte)
1 tablespoon of coconut butter (makes it thick and creamy)
2-3 tablespoons of pumpkin purée
dash of vanilla protein powder
pumpkin pie spice to sprinkle on top
HOW TO:
Soak 1-2 chai tea bags (I like to use TAZO brand) in 14 oz. of boiled water for about 2 minutes.
Pour the chai into a blender and add collagen peptides, coconut butter, pumpkin purée, and vanilla protein powder.
Blend on high for 2 minutes, pour it into your mug, and sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top.
