Pumpkin Chai Latté Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 14 oz. of boiled water

  • 1-2 chai tea bags

  • 1 scoop of collagen peptides (for healthy hair, skin, and nails & a frothy latte)

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut butter (makes it thick and creamy)

  • 2-3 tablespoons of pumpkin purée

  • dash of vanilla protein powder

  • pumpkin pie spice to sprinkle on top

HOW TO:

  1. Soak 1-2 chai tea bags (I like to use TAZO brand) in 14 oz. of boiled water for about 2 minutes.

  2. Pour the chai into a blender and add collagen peptides, coconut butter, pumpkin purée, and vanilla protein powder.

  3. Blend on high for 2 minutes, pour it into your mug, and sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top.
