Prosciutto Tartine

So simple. So delicious. So refreshing. This is my go-to after a hard workout.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Jewish Rye Bread

  • Avocado Mash

  • Sprouts

  • Ricotta Cheese

  • Prosciutto (can leave out to keep it vegetarian)

HOW TO MAKE IT:

  1. Toast 1-2 large piece(s) of Jewish Rye Bread.

  2. Add mashed avocado on top.

  3. Add some fresh sprouts.

  4. Add 3-4 small dollops of ricotta cheese (makes it super creamy).

  5. Add prosciutto on top (this is optional, but delicious).
