INGREDIENTS:
Jewish Rye Bread
Avocado Mash
Sprouts
Ricotta Cheese
Prosciutto (can leave out to keep it vegetarian)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Toast 1-2 large piece(s) of Jewish Rye Bread.
Add mashed avocado on top.
Add some fresh sprouts.
Add 3-4 small dollops of ricotta cheese (makes it super creamy).
Add prosciutto on top (this is optional, but delicious).
