INGREDIENTS:
sliced sourdough bread
organic egg(s)
dash of pumpkin pie spice
splash of cashew milk
splash of vanilla extract
sliced strawberries
ricotta cheese
mini chocolate chips
ghee for frying
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Melt some ghee in a frying pan.
In a small bowl, beat together 1 egg, pumpkin pie spice, cashew milk, and vanilla extract.
Dip two slices of bread into the egg mixture and fry.
When french toast is cooked, remove from the pan (but keep the burner on low).
Spread ricotta cheese on both pieces of french toast. On just one piece, place strawberry slices and mini chocolate chips.
Make a sandwich with the two pieces of french toast and return to the frying pan, warming until the chocolate chips inside have melted.
Dust with confectioners sugar and serve!
