INGREDIENTS:
2 garlic cloves
a pinch of pink salt
1/2 cup well-stirred tahini (sesame paste)
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup water
2 organic eggs
ghee and/or olive oil
a sprinkle of turmeric
a sprinkle of lemon pepper
organic farmer's market sourdough bread
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Toast two slices of sourdough bread and spread ghee on them.
While bread is toasting, fry eggs in a frying pan with ghee or olive oil.
Sprinkle the eggs with turmeric, lemon pepper, and pink salt.
To make the Tahini sauce, blend first five ingredients in a blender, adding more water, as necessary, to make a more runny sauce.
Place the eggs on your toast (you can add salmon, avocado, or all-natural bacon for an even tastier tartine).
Drizzle Tahini sauce over the eggs and serve.
